Indeed Veronika had paved the way for other ladies as 33 year old Elzette Koen made sure that it was back to back wins for the ladies ensuring that the prized possession would not leave Capetown battling it out with 78 participants all after the BAIC D20!

 

What made it more special was that few days prior to that she had just been announced as the first official JOY player in SA and what a way to celebrate that and stamp her authority. This also was the first time that someone from Capetown won the car. Well done Zettie!!!!

 

Runner up spot went to David Shaskolsky aged 49 also from Capetown making it an interesting derby in the final. He took home a brand new laptop.
